The Turner Memorial Stone commemorates Nurse Susan Turner and is located at the site of the former private hospital run by her for the benefit of the Tambellup District from 1912 to 1935.

She died in Perth in 1935 at the age of 67.

This memorial has been erected in gratitude to Nurse Susan Turner who conducted her hospital hereabouts for the benefit of the Tambellup District from 1912 to 1939
