The stained glass window commemorates Sister H. V. O`Grady who died while on active service during World War One.

The window was installed in 1929 during a renovation of the church interior. 

Note: There is no record of Sister H.V. O`Grady on the Roll of Honour at the Australian War Memorial. However there is a record of nurse M.V. O`Grady who lost her life during World War One on the 12th August 1916. It is unknown if this was a mistake on the inscription of the name and date.
