The stained glass window commemorates Hugh Chittick, warden of the Holy Trinity Church, Federal, for 13 years, who died in 1921. The window was originally unveiled in the Holy Trinity Church, Federal and relocated to All Souls Church, Bangalow where it was restored and blessed in 2015.
