Port Minlacowie Jetty built 1877 demolished 1971 stood near the site the cairn created to commemorate the importance of the jetty in the development of this District.

Unveiled 2nd March 1986 during the Jubilee visit of the Ketch "Falie" to this outport

Dedicated to he memory of all who toiled here to serve this community.
